DESCRIPTION:Presented by the Stroke Recovery Association NSW and Sydney Local Health District\, the annual Creating Connections Conference is back for its 28th anniversary. Whether you are a Stroke Survivor\, carer\, health professional or student\, the conference is a must-attend day of learning and connection for everyone in the Stroke Community. \n\n\n\nThe Conference will be held on Friday 12th September from 9.30am – 4.00pm at Club Burwood RSL. The cost to attend is $20 for members and students and $35 for non-members and health professionals.
