DESCRIPTION:The Sydney Stroke Olympics returns in 2025 for another year of camaraderie\, fun and activity. The Sydney Stroke Olympics is an accessible games day for both Stroke Survivors and Carers. Games are suited to all abilities! Whether you use a wheelchair\, have aphasia or have low vision\, we’ve got you covered. \n\n\n\nGames for Stroke Survivors include: \n\n\n\n\nPutting\n\n\n\nBall-in-a-box\n\n\n\nQuoits\n\n\n\nDominoes\n\n\n\nCard Memory Game\n\n\n\nBean Bag Toss\n\n\n\nSkittles\n\n\n\nTin Cup Pong\n\n\n\n\nGames for carers include: \n\n\n\n\nPutting\n\n\n\nTin Cup Pong\n\n\n\n\nThere are gold\, silver and bronze medals up for grabs for each event as well as the overall awards of Club Champions\, Individual Champion\, and Battler of the Year. Please note that paid carers are not eligible to win any awards\, however they are welcome to participate. \n\n\n\nThe cost to attend is $20 which includes morning tea and lunch. \n\n\n\nRegistration forms will be sent out to Club/Group/Choir executives. It’s not just any competition\, it’s a day of camaraderie\, laughter\, and making new friends. \n\n\n\nGames for Stroke survivors include: \n\n\n\n\nPutting\n\n\n\nBall-In-A-Box\n\n\n\nQuoits\n\n\n\nDominoes\n\n\n\nConcentration – card memory game\n\n\n\nBean Bag Toss\n\n\n\nCarpet Bowls\n\n\n\nEuchre\n\n\n\nCup Pong\n\n\n\n\nGames for carers include: \n\n\n\n\nPutting for carers\n\n\n\nCup pong\n\n\n\n\nThere are gold\, bronze and silver medals up for grabs from each event as well as the overall awards of Club Champions and Battler of the Year who will take home perpetual trophies. The cost to attend is $35 for members and $40 for any paid support workers. Please note that paid carers are not eligible to win any awards\, however they are welcome to participate. \n\n\n\nWho will be crowned this year’s champion?
