Creating Connections Stroke Conference

Presented by the Stroke Recovery Association NSW and Sydney Local Health District, the annual Creating Connections Conference is back for its 28th anniversary. Whether you are a Stroke Survivor, carer, health professional or student, the conference is a must-attend day of learning and connection for everyone in the Stroke Community.

The Conference will be held on Friday 12th September from 9.30am – 4pm at Club Burwood RSL. The cost to attend is $15 for members and students and $30 for non-members and health professionals. The conference will also be able to be live streamed free of cost.
