Creating Connections Stroke Conference 2022

The Creating Connections Stroke Conference is an annual event held by the Stroke Recovery Association. This year is the 25th annual conference and will focus on continued recovery and rehabilitation after Stroke. World class health professionals and guest speakers are invited to present at this event.

Held in both a face to face and live streamed capacity, this event is available and accessible to Stroke survivors, carer, health professionals and students from around NSW.
