Creating Connections Stroke Conference 2023

Presented by the Sydney Local Health District and the Stroke Recovery Association NSW, this event is a must-attend for Stroke survivors, carers, families, health professionals, and students who are looking to stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in Stroke prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation.

Taking place during NSW Stroke Awareness Week on Wednesday, 6th September 2023, this year’s conference will be live-streamed to ensure it’s accessible to everyone who wants to attend. And for those who aren’t able to attend the conference live, don’t worry – all presentations will be recorded and distributed to attendees in the week following the conference, so you won’t miss a thing!
