Memory Monday – online Stroke support group

Memory Monday is a monthly online group that is held on the third Monday of each month via Zoom meetings. This session includes tasks and activities that members complete as a group that focus on improving and challenging memory.

All Stroke survivors from NSW are welcome to attend online!
