Welcome to Memory Monday, a monthly online group that is specially designed for individuals who want to improve their memory after Stroke. Our group meets on the third Monday of each month via Zoom meetings, making it a convenient and accessible option for those who want to learn and grow their cognitive abilities.

Memory Monday is a fun and interactive session that includes tasks and activities that members complete as a group.

For 6 months only we are excited to have the experienced Cognitive Occupational Therapist from Advance Rehab Centre, Sydney leading these sessions! This ensures that you are participating in evidence-based exercises that assist you in improving your memory.

Our group sessions are a great way to stay socially connected and learn new skills, all from the comfort of your own home.
