Reps to Recovery Stroke Challenge

We are very excited to be partnering with Royal Rehab and MetroRehab Hospital for the 2022 ‘Reps to Recovery Stroke Challenge’ (previously Move with Metro)!

Many Stroke recovery exercises focus on repetition to retrain the brain. During this challenge, we are challenging you to increase your practice, push your recovery and make our way around Australia together.
