Sydney Stroke Olympics 2026

The Sydney Stroke Olympics returns in 2026 for another year of camaraderie, fun and activity. The Sydney Stroke Olympics is an accessible games day for both Stroke Survivors and Carers. Games are suited to all abilities! Whether you use a wheelchair, have aphasia or have low vision, we’ve got you covered.
Games for Stroke Survivors include:
- Putting
- Ball-in-a-box
- Quoits
- Dominoes
- Card Memory Game
- Bean Bag Toss
- Skittles
- Tin Cup Pong
Games for carers include:
- Putting
- Tin Cup Pong
There are gold, silver and bronze medals up for grabs for each event as well as the overall awards of Club Champions, Individual Champion, and Battler of the Year. Please note that paid carers are not eligible to win any awards, however they are welcome to participate.
The cost to attend is TBD which includes morning tea and lunch.
