Sydney Working Age Group (SWAG) Lunch

Our new Stroke group is specifically for Stroke survivors aged between 18 – 65 years and their families, carers and partners. Come a long and join the fantastic group of Stroke survivors for what is always a lovely and enjoyable get together.
