Exploring the changes in activities and experiences of informal stroke caregivers

The University of Western Sydney is conducting a research study about informal stroke caregivers. The study is being carried out by Ms Melissa Jammal, PhD Candidate, School of Health Sciences.

Who can take part in the study?

Any caregivers who have looked after or are looking after a stroke survivor.

Participants in the research will have to:

  1. Express interest in the study by contacting the research team
  2. Read the Participant Information Sheet
  3. Complete a Participant Consent Form and Caregiver Questionnaire
  4. Be involved in a semi-structured interview and answer a series of questions.
  5. Share your lived experiences and perceptions of caring for a stroke survivor
  6. Provide consent for your non-identifiable date to be used in future studies and for further research

All interactions and questions answered will total around 2 hours of your time.
