Each session begins with members catching up and providing updates on their lives, followed by a social lunch! The Woy Woy Stroke Recovery Club also participate in hydrotherapy sessions with their members on a Saturday (please note that numbers are limited and medical clearance is required before participating). Hydrotherapy provides excellent cardiovascular benefits for participants, whilst also increasing mobility and strength, whilst reducing pain in the water.

Join the Woy Woy Stroke Recovery Club to become part of a growing community of people committed to improving their lives after Stroke.

The Woy Woy Stroke Recovery Club would like to acknowledge the Guringai people of the Eora nation who are the traditional custodians of the land that they meet on. We pay our respect to Elders both past, present and emerging.
